
Maintenance requests are now easier
than ever! Residents can submit requests directly through
their logins. Requests are instantly logged in a database
for management convenience. Once submitted, the requests can
be approved or denied by management. Residents may also track
the status or their request until completion.
Resident
Interface
Once logged in, residents can immediately submit a maintenance
request. Their manager will have instant access to said request
and can proceed without all the hassle of paperwork.
Administrator
Access
Administrators can approve the resident's request and assign
it to maintenance personnel. The next time maintenance personnel
login to the system, they will be alerted to new requests.
Real
Time Tracking
Because the eRentPayer system is multi-user friendly, both
administrator, resident, and maintenance workers can view and
track the status of the request online. This is impossible
with systems that are not web based.
