total amount overdue is displayed. To find out exactly who
owes, drill down buttons are provided for each time period.
Rent
Roll
This is a traditional rent roll report which displays all
pertinent data in real time. A customizable report can be
generated at any time and immediately exported to excel. The

Direct
Deposit Statements
Every time a direct deposit is
made into the manager's account or the owners' accounts, a

can be exported to Excel. This tool saves managers time when
building customized reports. Yardi Voyager or Enterprise customers
have the added value of importing directly into their systems
from Excel.
People
Search
This feature lets managers locate any resident, past resident,
owner, or recent applicant in the system. Managers may also
search specific properties to view their respective owner
info, resident assignments, and management fee breakdowns.
Person
Profiles
This interface gives the administrator instant access to all
pertinent information regarding any person in the system.
Mainly, account balance, account ledger, login info, rental
contract, fee rates, personal/contact info, room assignment,
customizable fields and more.
Property
Profiles
The property profile displays detailed info about a specific
property including, rooms, rent rates, recurring fees, late
fee rates, contract type, and owner info, which can be updated
for easier account access and review. Add rooms and change
owner status on the fly.
Custom
Fields
Every eRentPayer client has the ability to create their own
custom fields. For example, clients may want to associate
license numbers or car make with their residents. The system
allows clients to create these fields with the click of a
button.
Variable
Rent Rate Periods
Many companies charge different rates at different times during
the year. eRentPayer allows managers to designate different
rental rates for every month of the year. GREAT FOR ALTERNATING
SEMESTER RATES ON COLLEGE CAMPUSES. This feature also helps
if managers want to charge more or less than the normal rent
rates to a particular resident.
