Sales
Responsibilities: Sales Representatives are responsible for aggressively selling eRentPayer Software products to end-user accounts within a defined geographical territory. Sales Representatives are responsible for following up on all direct marketing, web download, and trade show leads. Representatives also prospect for additional opportunity within targeted accounts and the existing installed base of eRentPayer customers. Sales Representatives work closely with their Territory Manager to attain revenue goals.

Experience/Skills: 1-2 years of technical-sales experience selling to end-user accounts (software sales a plus). Bachelors Degree (Technical degree in Engineering or Computer Science a plus). Working knowledge of PCs and PC application software. Self-starter, money motivated, aggressive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer Service
Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to deliver high quality customer service to our prospective and existing customers. A full-time position is available. Responsibilities will include assisting customers with installation and setup of company and tenants, product information and site navigation, as well as researching and resolving client inquiries verbally, in writing and on-line. Candidates must have demonstrated client service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to function professionally under pressure.

Experience/Skills: Candidates will be customer service professionals with 6+ months industry experience in banking, financial service, call center or e-commerce. Microsoft office and internet fluency required. Bachelor degree preferred. Foreign language fluency is a plus (Spanish and Portuguese).
