Electronic Check Direct Debit
Unlike other processors, RentPayment
does not require property managers to consolidate depository accounts
to a single bank institution (or establish accounts at the processor’s
bank).
Any renter with a checking account can pay with eCheck. Property managers
can collect and track online payments (both credit card and eCheck) for
one property or multiple properties simultaneously.
Account and Routing Verification. Renters enter checking account information
via secure logins. RentPayment only accepts valid bank routing number
sequences, and verifies the funds availability before depositing funds
to your property accounts.
