Convenience Fee Paid By Renter Option
With RentPayment, properties have the
option to absorb all costs associated with credit card processing OR offer
credit card payment with the renter paying a convenience fee.
If the property absorbs the costs of processing, RentPayment has very
competitive card-not-present processing rates for property managers.
Most of our clients prefer the Convenience Fee option, with RentPayment
always depositing the full rent amount to the property bank account
(the convenience fee is separated prior to direct deposit). This eliminates
the need for property managers to track and reconcile processing fees.
