ARC Personal checks received in the office are scanned
and converted to images and electronic deposits. Funds are deposited into
corresponding property bank accounts.
Plug and Play RentPayment's proprietary ARC check scanning
system requires no hardware configuration or software installation. Managers
simply connect the reader to the internet and may begin scanning checks
immediately.
Image Capture/Storage All checks scanned through the
reader are instantly captured and associated with corresponding renter
ledgers. Images are saved for 2 years.
Check 21 If desired, RentPayment offers a solution that
eliminates all exception items. This means business checks and money orders
may all be scanned and converted to electronic deposits. Deposits are
made at the property's existing bank account.
