Account Management Real-Time Reporting
Managers may monitor payment activity
at all times. Unlike other processors, RentPayment reporting does not
force managers to change their current accounting reconciliation practices.
Payment Searches On-site managers may monitor payment
activity in real-time. Payments may be sorted and filtered by:
- Property
- Date
- Reference Number
- Description
- Unit
- Status
- Amount
- Renter Name
- and more
Automatic Notification On-site managers can be notified
by email or fax every time a payment or deposit is made.
Disbursements When funds clear and post to property bank
accounts, disbursement statements are automatically generated. Disbursement
statements exactly match amounts that are posted into management software.
Recaptures In the event of a chargeback or reversal,
a separate line item debit will appear on a property bank statement. These
line item debits can be reconciled as easily as normal bounced checks.
Renter Lockout Renters who are under eviction can be
blocked from making partial payments.
Partial Payment Managers may choose whether or not they
want to allow partial payment from renters.
NSF Tracking All NSF transactions and chargebacks are
accessible in real-time. Automatic email notification is also available.
User Access Groups Corporate administrators may create
different levels of user access and permissions for employees and on-site
